Samantha N. Lawlor is an associate of the firm in the Kansas City office. Ms. Lawlor represents issuers, underwriters, lenders and other parties to public finance transactions. Ms. Lawlor received her B.A. degree from Iowa State University in 2017 and her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2021, where she served as Director of the Moot Court Program, served on the Editorial Board for the Adelphia Law Journal, participated on the Jessup International Moot Court Team, and worked as a Research Intern at the National Institute of Criminology – Budapest, Hungary in the summer of 2019. Ms. Lawlor is licensed to practice in Missouri.
