Disclosure Notes will provide commentary by Gilmore & Bell’s securities group on issues in public finance impacted by securities laws. Gilmore & Bell’s securities group assists the firm’s clients with matters relating to federal and state securities laws applicable to public finance transactions, including disclosure requirements under Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The members of Gilmore & Bell’s securities group, Rick Wright, Brad Patterson, Colleen Duncan, Bill Burns, and Greg Deschler, have over 50 years of combined experience advising clients on securities and disclosure aspects of public finance transactions.

Gilmore & Bell, P.C. was established in 1979 and is one of the leading public finance law firms in the United States. The firm serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel in a wide variety of tax-exempt and taxable public finance transactions.
