Attorney / Randall M. Larsen
BACKGROUND
Randall M. Larsen is chair of the firm and a shareholder in the Salt Lake City office. Mr. Larsen has practiced law as a municipal bond attorney since 2000 with a focus on public finance for all governmental entities, securities, economic development, special districts, 501c3 and conduit financings, and real estate. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the American College of Bond Lawyers. Mr. Larsen serves as an ex-officio board member of the Utah Association of Special Districts and is a regular contributor. Mr. Larsen received his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University in 1994, M.B.A from the University of Utah in 1996 and his J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2000 where he served as a Board member for the Utah Law Review.
