GilmoreBell adds New Attorneys in Salt Lake City

GilmoreBell is pleased to announce that Caitlin M. Benson and Aaron B. Wade have joined the Firm in the Salt Lake City office.

Caitlin M. Benson is an associate of the Firm in the Salt Lake City office. She was admitted to the Utah Bar in 2017 and is a 2017 graduate from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. During law school, Ms. Benson won two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and one Outstanding Achievement Award for her top performance in the areas of Constitutional Law, Judicial Process, and Property Law. She also served as an Executive Editor for the Utah Law Review and represented the College in the Western States Region, Transactional Law Meet, where she was awarded Best Agreement. Prior to joining GilmoreBell, Ms. Benson clerked in the legal department for a public utility, interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission, externed for the honorable Chief Judge David Nuffer of the United States District Court for the District of Utah, and worked as a law clerk for the Utah Office of the Attorney General. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Benson graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in English and was formerly a licensed teacher in the State of Utah. Aaron B. Wade is an associate of the Firm in the Salt Lake City office. Mr. Wade was admitted to the Utah Bar in 2017. He received dual B.S. degrees from Utah State University in Finance and Economics in 2012 (magna cum laude) and his J.D. (with highest honors) from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2017 where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, he served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Utah Law Review and won the Western Region as a member of the Transactional Law Meet team. Prior to law school Mr. Wade worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.
