Gilmore Bell Remains on Nation’s Top 10 Bond Counsel Firm List

Gilmore & Bell, P.C. ranked eighth in dollar volume as bond counsel in the nation for 2021 by Refinitiv in its Year-end Annual Review. The firm delivered the approving opinion on 584 long-term municipal issues, the largest number in the country, aggregating $11.80 billion last year.

In addition to the national ranking, Gilmore Bell continues to be ranked the top bond counsel firm in the Midwest (in dollar volume and number of issues) with 486 long-term municipal issues and $8.01 billion in dollar volume. At the state level, Gilmore Bell remained as the top bond counsel firm in Kansas, Missouri and Utah (in dollar volume and number of issues).

In Nebraska, the firm ranked 2nd in overall dollar volume and 3rd for number of issues. Gilmore Bell also ranked 5th last year for number of issues in Illinois.
