Mr. Dummitt was admitted to the California Bar in 2007 and the Missouri Bar in 2009. He received his B.A. in History from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003, his J.D. (cum laude) from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 2007, and LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law in 2008.
