BACKGROUND

Darci L. Stephens is a shareholder of the firm in the Salt Lake City office. Ms. Stephens has practiced law as a municipal bond attorney since entering the law practice in 2006 with a focus on tax exempt financings for state agencies, municipalities, and special districts in Utah and throughout the West. She is licensed to practice in Utah and is a member of the Utah State Bar Association. Ms. Stephens received her B.S. degree (summa cum laude) from Brigham Young University in 2003 and her J.D. (with honors) from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2006 where she served as Articles Editor for the Utah Law Review.
