The Transactions. Gilmore & Bell has one of the largest public finance practices in the nation. In 2007, the Firm served as bond counsel on more bond issues than all but two other law firms in the United States. The Firm delivered the approving opinion on 430 long-term municipal issues aggregating over $5.5 billion in principal amount.
