CURRENT POSITION:
Gilmore & Bell, P.C. is seeking an articulate, detail-oriented, outgoing self-starter for a part-time Office Clerk position in Kansas City. Enjoy a business casual work atmosphere in our team environment. We are looking for someone to file and retrieve client files, maintain library materials, assist with mailings and large copy jobs, light data entry and typing, stock office and paper supplies, and stock and clean kitchen. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills and be able to interface with all levels of the organization, external clients and suppliers in a professional and confident manner. Microsoft Office skills are necessary as well as the ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a daily basis. Flexible scheduling is available within our standard office hours.
