The Firm is currently seeking a paralegal or high level legal assistant to work full-time in its Kansas City, Missouri office for the Missouri Practice Group. Strong preference for candidates with a four-year college degree or a paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program, plus at least 3 years of paralegal experience in public finance, corporate finance or real estate practice areas. The person filling this position will perform a number of general office duties, including the following: performing back-up receptionist duties; stocking office and paper supplies; administering internal recycling program; completing mail room and overnight package processing; stocking kitchen supplies and cleaning the kitchen; assisting with set-up/clean-up for conference rooms; filing and retrieval of client files; maintaining library materials; assisting with mailings, facsimiles, large copy jobs, light data entry and typing.
