Thomas B. Becker is a shareholder of the firm in the Kansas City office. Mr. Becker has practiced primarily as a public finance attorney since 1979, but he has also had significant experience in the areas of structured finance and general corporate law. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association. He received a B.S.B.A. degree from Georgetown University in 1966 and M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1968 and 1976, respectively. While in law school, Mr. Becker was a Note and Comment Editor of the Missouri Law Review. Prior to entering law school, he served as an officer in the United States Navy.
