Nancy N.C. Lear is a shareholder of the firm in the Kansas City office. Ms. Lear has practiced in the area of public finance since 1979. She has extensive experience as bond counsel, special tax counsel and letter of credit bank counsel in transactions involving traditional municipal general obligation and revenue bonds, industrial development bonds, health care financings, 63-20 nonprofit corporation financings and tax-exempt leasing. From 1979 to May 1991, Ms. Lear practiced with Stinson, Mag & Fizzell in Kansas City, Missouri, where she was a partner. Ms. Lear is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers and is active in the Association for Governmental Leasing and Finance.
