Mark D. Grimm is a shareholder of the firm in the St. Louis office. Mr. Grimm has practiced law as a municipal bond attorney since 1988. Since joining Gilmore & Bell, he has specialized in the areas of tax-exempt bond financing for state and local governments and in tax increment financing and other economic development incentives. Mr. Grimm is a member of the Missouri and American Bar Associations, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Missouri Municipal League and serves on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Economic Development Financing Association. He was a member of the Missouri Law-Review.
