Mark D. Grimm is a shareholder of the firm in the St. Louis office. Mr. Grimm has practiced law as a municipal bond attorney since 1988. Since joining Gilmore & Bell, he has specialized in the areas of tax-exempt bond financing for state and local governments and in tax increment financings and other economic development incentives. Mr. Grimm is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Missouri Municipal League, the Illinois Tax Increment Association, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Economic Development Financing Association. Mr. Grimm received his A.B. with honors in Economics and his B.J. in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1984, and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1987, where he was a member of the Missouri Law Review.
