Lauren W. Wismer is a shareholder of the firm in the Lincoln, Nebraska office. Prior to joining Gilmore & Bell and opening the Lincoln office in July, 2002, he had practiced primarily in the public finance area since 1980. His public finance practice has included issues for state and local governments, colleges and universities, health care providers and other private institutions. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Lincoln Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Mr. Wismer received his B.S. in Education (with distinction) in 1969, his M.A. in mathematics in 1976 from the University of Nebraska and his J.D. from Stanford University in 1979.
