Lauren W. Wismer is a shareholder of the firm in the Lincoln, Nebraska office. Prior to joining Gilmore & Bell and opening the Lincoln office in July, 2002, he was a partner at Cline, Williams, Wright, Johnson & Oldfather, L.L.P., in Lincoln, practicing primarily in the public finance area since 1980. Mr. Wismer joined Cline, Williams as an associate upon graduation from law school in 1979 and became a partner in 1985. His public finance practice has included issues for state and local governments, colleges and universities, health care providers and other private institutions. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Lincoln Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
