Kim A. Bell is a shareholder of the firm in the Wichita office. Ms. Bell has practiced in the area of public finance since 1992, with extensive experience as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel in transactions involving traditional municipal general obligation and revenue bonds, industrial development bonds, and health care financings. Ms. Bell joined the firm in 2007. Ms. Bell is a member of the Kansas Bar Association. Ms. Bell received her B.A. degree from Occidental College (cum laude) in 1978 and her J.D. (magna cum laude) from Washburn University in 1990, where she was a member and technical editor of the Washburn Law Journal.
