Gina M. Riekhof is an associate of the firm in the Kansas City office. Prior to joining Gilmore & Bell, Ms. Riekhof advised small and mid-sized businesses in the Kansas City area on real estate, employment, and financing issues. Ms. Riekhof is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. She was a member of the Missouri Law Review and Order of the Coif. Riekhof's master's thesis on the interstate direct shipment of wine has been the subject of several published articles and, in 2005, was cited by the United States Supreme Court in Granholm v. Heald.
