David W. Queen is a shareholder of the firm in the Kansas City office and is president and chief executive officer of the firm. Mr. Queen has been in the public finance practice since entering the law practice in 1982. Mr. Queen is a member of the Kansas and Missouri Bar Associations. Mr. Queen received his B.A. from Wheaton College in 1980 and his J.D. (cum laude) from Washburn University of Topeka in 1982 where he served as Research Editor of the Washburn Law Journal.
