David W. Bushek, AICP, is a shareholder of the firm in the Kansas City Office. Mr. Bushek has been in practice since 1994. Mr. Bushek is a member of the Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Deputy City Attorney for the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri. He has specialized in planning and zoning, land-use, economic development and municipal law and is a certified planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners. While in law school he was the Editor in Chief of The Urban Lawyer and was a member of the National Moot Court Team.
