David K. Lucas is an associate of the firm in the Lincoln office. Mr. Lucas has been in private practice since 2002. Prior to joining Gilmore & Bell, Mr. Lucas served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Kenneth C. Stephen of the Nebraska Supreme Court. Mr. Lucas is admitted to practice in Nebraska and Colorado and is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. While in law school Mr. Lucas served as an Executive Editor for the Nebraska Law Review and was named a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Lucas is also presently a member of the adjunct faculty of the University of Nebraska College of Law.
