Clark R. (Randy) Irey II is a shareholder of the firm in the Kansas City office. Mr. Irey has been in the public finance practice since 1976 and has devoted all of his practice since that time to that practice. Mr. Irey has extensive experience as bond counsel and counsel to the underwriter in financings for state and local governments, public power financings, pollution control financings and health care financings. Mr. Irey joined the firm of Gilmore & Bell in 1991. Mr. Irey is a member of the Missouri and Nebraska Bar Associations. Mr. Irey received his B.S.B.A. (with distinction) from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 1969, and his J.D. (with distinction) from the same university in 1973. He was a Note and Comment Editor of the Nebraska Law Review.
