Christopher D. Ahrens is a shareholder of the firm in the Kansas City office. Mr. Ahrens has been in the public finance practice since entering law practice in 1981. During his legal career, he has specialized in the area of tax-exempt bond financing for single-family and multi-family housing and water pollution control facilities. Mr. Ahrens is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ahrens was a Captain in the United States Army.
